We provide handyman services on a time and materials basis, as
needed. To keep our prices low, we have a four hour minimum. If you
are like most homeowners it's easy to find four hours that you would
like done or need to be taken care of.
For small projects that can be clearly described, you can send us a fax
or an email so that we can give you a free "ball park" figure on the
cost. If you require an estimator to come to your house, we charge
$95.00. If your project is over $3000 and you allow us to do the
project, we will take off this charge to your total cost.

Instead of calling service different companies for several different
small projects, We can do this for you in one trip. For example, you
have a leaky toilet, a Sheetrock repair, doors re keyed, and install a
ceiling fan.
